  • Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after use to prevent dehydration. Staying well-hydrated is extremely important. When you are dehydrated, your body cannot properly cool itself, which can cause heat exhaustion. Heat exhaustion can lead to heatstroke if left untreated, which can be fatal.

    If you experience any of the following symptoms: confusion, dizziness, headache, nausea, fainting, muscle cramping, elevated heart rate, or rapid breathing, get out of the sauna blanket immediately and seek medical attention.

  • Schedule services like hair, nails, waxing, facials, and massage 48 hours before your spray tan.

    Gently exfoliate with a spa-grade exfoliant (and any body shaving if applicable) 24 hours before your appointment.

    No body lotions, makeup, perfumes, or deodorants day-of spray tan.
